Brand New Build in 2021, the River Run RV Park is a 81 Space RV Park with full hookups, public dump station, wireless internet and full-service amenities. The community operates on City services with all brand new water/sewer lines/electrical installed in 2021.

The 57 sites were all filled within two years of opening with riverfront now just started being marketed as it recently opened July 2024.

The main building on-site houses Office for management, laundromat, shower and restrooms and a one-bedroom apartment that rents out at $2,500 (current residents are traveling nurses and very dependable).

The property has an on-site caretaker that lives in the Resort and receives free rent plus $1,000/month for overtime on as needed basis. They handle all manager functions including restroom cleaning daily and all tenant reservations.

As Pacific Coast Premier RV Park, each RV space can house 40-46' Class A Luxury RVs with over 29-32' of space between stalls. The Park landscape is black crushed 5/8 minus rock between each stall and circular driveway. A 10-year RV age requirement (2012 and newer) is a requirement for any guests extending their stay over 30 days, along with Park policy rules and regulations for any extended occupancy.

Access off one of the most Famous Pacific Coast Highway 101 which is traveled by many tourists that stretches from Washington to California Coast. The property lies next to the Chehalis River, 50 miles from Olympic National Park, WA and just 20 miles to Ocean Shores, Westport, WA. RV is a short walk from the Chehalis River Boat Launch, 18-hole Highlands Golf Course and the Basich Trailway along Mill Creek.
