LOCATION: Scandialand is located in Poulsbo, commonly referred to as "Little Norway on the Fjord," which is full of breathtaking scenery and a great variety of attractions. The town is situated in a valley between majestic Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges. The population is at 9,200 and also draws in many visitors making Poulsbo a captivating place to visit.

Access to Scandialand is off of Highway 308 and also has access to Highway WA-3 which runs down to the lower coast of Washington.

Scandialand lies in Kitsap County just 15 minutes from Bremerton, the largest city in the county. Bremerton has a population of 37,729 and is surrounded by miles of shoreline and home of Naval Base Kitsap, historic Naval Museum, Memorial Fountain Park and popular USS Turner Joy.

The Kitsap Conference Center is also located in Bremerton and is the center of the expansive Harborside District filled with stunning fountains, waterfront boardwalk, restaurants, art galleries, and shops.

STATISTICS: Scandialand contains 27 spaces on approximately 4 acres. The park was built in 1970, is well maintained. The community is serviced by an on-site well and city sewer. Tenants pay garbage cost.

RENTS/OPEN SPACES: The rents are currently $470, owner currently pays sewer charges. There will be a $25 increase effective July 1, 2012. Currently there are no vacancies in the Park.

AMENITIES: The Park features large grass playing areas for recreation and offers a park like setting. Large lots add to the inviting residential neighbourhood feel.
